Major International Consulting Firm (1999): Training on clearing and settlement systems.

Major Investment Institution (1998-99): Analysis and design of a model and system for best execution monitoring for NASD compliance.

Major Computer Corporation (1996-97): Design of a web-based version of a currency trading and settlement system for a New York money center bank; design of a prototype smart-card insurance application for a Hartford-based insurance company; development of an American put option calculator applet.

Major Fortune-500 Multimedia Company (1997): Operational risk analysis of a new high-bandwidth Internet service; developed and led a technology transfer management seminar between engineers and content providers.

New York Hedge Fund (1994-96): Analysis and development of a trading system based on portfolio optimization of the components of the Goldman Sachs Commodity Index. The system provided a low risk mechanism for institutional participation in commodity futures and traded through two limited partnerships. Analysis and development of an upside metals index (insurance) product for institutional investors interested in participating in the LME: design of basic hedging strategy, back testing, and risk simulations.

New York Hedge Fund (1995): Analysis and solution of an optimal hedging problem for equity options.

Major European Bank (1993-94): Analysis and development of forecasting model for short-term interest rates in a fixed income trading system.

US Investment Fund (1992): Training on the subject of nonlinear forecasting models with neural networks; design of a model to forecast relative strength rankings for equities.

Major Stock Exchange (1988-1991): Analysis and design of the model and system for market surveillance and compliance monitoring of member firms. Implementation of a regulatory systems model that integrates statistical alerts, market data, news, and proprietary data using robust statistics and probabilistic logic (AI). Development of requirements, specifications, quality assurance and test plans.

Major Telecommunications Company (1990): Training on artificial intelligence applications to telecommunications.

New York Money Center Bank (1989): Training on artificial intelligence applications to finance.

Major Defense Contractor (1989): Analysis of electronic warfare algorithms.

Major Strategic Defense Initiative Contractor (1989): Training on software engineering methods.
